A Pro-Check Inspection is a step-by-step inspection of your equipment by a trained Caterpillar technician. Western States offers two types of Pro-Check Inspections:

Level I is a detailed, visual inspection of your equipment.  During a Pro-Check Level I Inspection, the technician will check system operations, including electronic controls, engine RPM, cooling system, drive train and brakes.

Level II includes the same tasks as the Pro-Check Level I, but also adds pressure checks, hydraulic relief valve adjustment, engine valve adjustment (if necessary), and engine blow-by inspection. 

Pro-Checks can be performed while your equipment is in the shop or on your jobsite.  Western States will provide a guaranteed inspection price, so you know your cost in advance.  Inspections can be scheduled at your convenience.  Pro-Check Inspections let you control operating costs, plan around scheduled downtime, and catch problems before costly failures occur.
