CERTIFIED USED GETS A WIN.
When Californian Steve Carneal was returning home from a visit to family in Montana and decided to stop at the Pocatello store, he couldn’t have had better timing. The grand opening event was in full swing and Dyke Jones, Used Equipment Sales Manager, was in town. Dyke was able to give Steve a full tour of the facility and show him some Certified Used equipment. It didn’t take long to strike a deal, and Steve was able to sign the papers for a 938K wheel loader. “It’s a beautiful facility,” he said, “and I’m glad to have seen it, but the 938 was just too good of a deal to pass up. That big yellow [warranty] sticker gives me a lot of confidence.”
The Certified Used program may be in its infancy, but it’s already showing itself useful beyond its years!
