The end of January means the first client appreciation event of the year.

The day before the Agri-Action trade show, the Twin Falls store hosts a Client Appreciation Event (CAE) breakfast starting at 7:00 am. This year, the store invited clients to come enjoy egg and sausage sandwiches, coffee and juice before going to work for the day.  Three shop bays were full of clients enjoying the company and good food.

Parts Counter Supervisor Cheyene Walker explained that the Twin Falls team originally tried holding lunches for their clients; however, many were farmers who couldn’t break away for a trip to town in the middle of the day.  The team decided to switch to breakfasts so that clients could come in to get a good meal, catch up and then head out to start the day.

What a great way to kick off this year’s Client Appreciation Events! Thank you to the Twin Falls team for making the event such a success, and here’s to the start of another great season of CAEs!
