WESTERN STATES LEWISTON WELCOMES ALL

Spring weather in our part of the country is notoriously unpredictable, however the sun was shining brightly at the Western States Lewiston location for what was probably one of the first BBQs of 2019.

Our Lewiston team welcomed guests with a display of large equipment and hospitality to match.  The Antique Caterpillar Machinery Owners Club attended again this year, bringing two carefully restored wooden combine engines that were made around 1914.  The combines are a piece of history from our corner of the country, having been built in Stockton, California, and assembled in either Walla Walla or Spokane, Washington.  The two combine engines on display are the only working ones in the northwest that the Club knows of.  They were purchased at an auction and just barely saved from being disassembled and melted down to scrap metal. Lewiston showed cased it all from antique machines to Caterpillar’s next generation of equipment and the community that backs it up.

Our customer appreciation events happen annually and serve as a thank you to our loyal customers and the employees that use our equipment everyday. We appreciate the chance to meet new people from our communities and enjoy conversation over a free lunch! We are thankful for our customers and their continuous loyalty when they need to purchase heavy equipment, buy parts, or find a service.

Visit Western States Lewiston location anytime for parts, service, or equipment sales.
