RONDALD MCDONALD HOUSE SPORTING CLAYS TOURNAMENT
June 7th was the 21st Annual Western States Cat – Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho Sporting Clays Tournament. The Ronald McDonald House is a nonprofit organization that’s dedicated to supporting families with sick children in their time of need, and Western States takes pride in sponsoring this event and helping fundraise for such an important cause in our community.
The event was formatted as a 100 bird shoot with 14 stations located around Caldwell Gun Club’s 40-acre property. Families and friends throughout the course enjoyed the warm summer day while supporting a good cause. Attendees varied in ability from beginners to professionals. The Ronald McDonald House provided lunch for all of the participants and volunteers and there were numerous other sponsors helping out throughout the day. All in all it was a fun day raising money for our community.
Western States had 4 teams shoot in the sporting clays tournament and many volunteers on the course all day. We appreciate and thank everyone who participated and volunteered at this year’s event, we are so happy you could join us in this amazing opportunity to give back to our community.
