Online ordering at parts.cat.com continues to be the fastest and most convenient way to order parts from Western States Cat.  For urgent needs, please call your local Western States location to check availability and arrange pick up or delivery.

If you are already a registered user, just sign in as usual and order the parts you need. If not, go to https://www.westernstatescat.com/parts-cat-com/ where you can register and find tutorials on how to use the site. Parts.Cat.Com is an easy way to find the parts you need and select convenient shipping options to avoid the crowds.

Parts Availability

Our 17 locations throughout the Northwest all have extensive inventories to keep you running with off the shelf fulfillment. However, we do suggest you call your local store beforehand to ensure the part is in stock and available for pick up. If you elect to pick up parts from one of our stores, we are offering to bring your parts outside to you so that you don’t have to leave your vehicle. Just call us when you arrive.

You should also know that Caterpillar is producing, stocking and shipping parts at full capacity.  Our fellow Cat dealers in the US are open for business and we continue to work collectively with them to meet your needs. We will continue to monitor all of our suppliers’ operations in the coming days and commit to keeping you informed of any potential issues or constraints as they arise.

 Delivery Options

Western States will continue to offer local delivery services for small and medium sized parts.  Please do not hesitate to ask our Parts professionals about this service the next time you call in your order.

We can also arrange for UPS, FEDEX and other carriers to deliver your parts as you see fit.

Our shops will continue to be open for repairs and preventative maintenance work. We continue to suggest contacting your local store to schedule any work that you believe you need done.

Our field service trucks for machine, electrical power, and Allied equipment, etc. are still rolling and are ready to meet you virtually anywhere.

Our rental stores will continue to operate with normal hours and staffing. For your convenience our rental stores will deliver and pick up equipment at your desired location. As always, your rental representative is the best first point of contact for reservations or to check availability of equipment.

If you want visit a rental store in person we recommend a phone call first, to verify your needs and our ability to meet them, as well as to limit the number of people inside the store per CDC guidelines.

For machine sales please contact your local representative for pricing on any new or used machine or if you want to demo a machine (your place or ours). If you don’t have your local rep’s name and number handy you can call 1-800-852-2287 and our call center will direct your call to the appropriate person.

You should also be aware that our representatives are encouraged to work remotely at this time and may not be at the store should you show up unexpectedly. However if you do find yourself at a store we will connect you with a Sales Rep who can help you with your machine needs.

Please be aware that Western States has cancelled our attendance at shows and events through 2020 and into 2021, per CDC recommendations of not gathering in groups. Moving forward, we’re evaluating each event and sponsorship individually.  Please contact your store representative if you have specific questions.

We will however continue to support the many associations our customers and communities rely on.

The safety of our customers and employees is always our number one priority. We want to do our part to help our communities slow the spread of the coronavirus by following the CDC’s recommended guidelines.

As you have probably heard, washing hands, refraining from shaking hands and keeping a distance of at least six feet from others when interacting in groups are all excellent ways to help protect yourself and others from the coronavirus. We all need to use common sense to keep one another safe.

  1. Keep your distance – 6 Feet is the recommended distance when interacting with others or in groups.
  2. Refrain from shaking hands when greeting or thanking someone.
  3. If you experience someone that could be exhibiting symptoms, move away.
  4. Place Latex gloves and hand sanitizer in a convenient place and use as necessary.
  5. Wash your hands frequently.
  6. DO NOT ATTEND areas with large crowds or gatherings.
